Pro includes your first apartment for €9/month or €90/year. Each further apartment is €3/month or €30/year, with no upper limit. On monthly billing, that is €12/month for two apartments, €15/month for three or €18/month for four.
Business starts at €29/month or €290/year including your first five apartments. Apartments 6–25 are €3/month each, 26–100 are €2/month, and from the 101st €1/month. Ten apartments cost €44/month; 25 cost €89/month; 100 cost €239/month.
Get Pro for €49/year for your first apartment, with that price protected while your subscription stays active. Extra apartments are €30/year each, the standard add-on price. This is an annual subscription, not a one-time lifetime purchase.
Join the Founding Host listShare your guide link with your guests. It opens in their browser on a phone, tablet or computer, without requiring an account. A stay code from the host unlocks features such as leaving reviews.
Yes. Airtodos gives your apartment its own guest guide alongside the channels you already use. It does not replace your booking calendar or synchronise reservations with those platforms.
One organisation with one apartment, up to 10 personal todos across 3 categories, 3 quicklinks, airtodos Picks and one additional team member. Guests see a complete guide with Airtodos branding, not upgrade prompts or locked sections.
On every plan, guests can send you an inquiry by email from your guide. Pro and Business add the full flow: each inquiry is saved, you get a notification you can reply to directly, and you track it with a status in your dashboard. Guests ask about dates and group size; you confirm the details directly. This is not an instant booking, payment service or availability calendar.
The first 100 paying Founding Hosts can get Pro for €49 per year for one apartment. That base price stays the same while their subscription remains active. Extra apartments use the standard add-on price. Joining the notification list is free and does not reserve a paid place.
You can forward a domain you own to your apartment’s Airtodos guide. We provide setup instructions; forwarding is configured with your domain provider. The guide currently opens on its Airtodos address, rather than being hosted on your domain.
